隐私政策

HealthLog（健康手账）尊重并保护您的隐私。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用和保护您的数据。核心原则：您的健康数据始终存储在您自己的设备或 iCloud 账户中，我们的服务器不会收集或存储任何个人健康数据。

1. 我们收集哪些数据

我们不收集以下数据：位置、通讯录、相机、广告标识符（IDFA）、崩溃日志（无第三方 SDK）。

2. Apple HealthKit

经您授权后，App 可从「健康」App 读取血压和体重数据以便导入。我们仅读取您明确授权的健康数据类型，且：

  • HealthKit 数据不会上传至任何服务器；
  • HealthKit 数据不会用于广告或营销；
  • 您可随时在 iPhone「设置 → 健康 → 数据访问与设备」中撤销授权。

3. iCloud 同步

iCloud 同步为可选功能，默认关闭。开启后，您的数据通过 Apple CloudKit 在您本人的 iCloud 账户中加密同步，我们无法访问该数据。关闭 iCloud 同步不影响本地数据。

4. 数据共享与第三方

我们不会将您的任何数据出售、出租或共享给第三方。App 内不含任何第三方广告 SDK、分析 SDK 或追踪库。

我们使用 Apple 提供的以下系统服务（均受 Apple 隐私政策约束）：

  • iCloud / CloudKit — 数据同步（可选）
  • StoreKit — 处理 Pro 内购
  • UserNotifications — 本地提醒通知
  • HealthKit — 健康数据读取（可选）

5. 数据安全

所有本地数据存储在受 iOS 沙盒保护的 SwiftData 数据库中。iCloud 同步数据由 Apple 在传输和静态时加密。我们无法访问您设备上的任何数据，也没有后端服务器存储用户数据。

6. 您的数据权利

  • 导出：您可随时通过「设置 → 导出 CSV」导出全部数据，数据完全归您所有；
  • 删除：删除 App 将清除设备上的全部本地数据；如开启了 iCloud 同步，请同时在「iCloud 设置」中删除对应 App 数据；
  • 更正：您可在 App 内随时编辑或删除任意记录。

7. 儿童隐私

本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

8. 本政策的变更

若本隐私政策有重大变更，我们将在 App 内发布通知并更新本页面顶部的生效日期。继续使用 App 即表示您接受更新后的政策。

Privacy Policy

HealthLog respects and protects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data. Core principle: your health data is stored only on your own device or iCloud account — our servers never collect or store any personal health data.

1. Data We Collect

We do not collect: location, contacts, camera, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or crash logs (no third-party SDKs).

2. Apple HealthKit

With your permission, the app can read blood pressure and weight data from the Health app for import. We only read the health data types you explicitly authorize, and:

  • HealthKit data is never uploaded to any server;
  • HealthKit data is never used for advertising or marketing;
  • You can revoke access at any time in iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices.

3. iCloud Sync

iCloud sync is an optional feature, disabled by default. When enabled, your data is encrypted and synced within your own iCloud account via Apple CloudKit — we have no access to this data. Disabling iCloud sync does not affect local data.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share any of your data with third parties. The app contains no third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking libraries.

We use the following Apple system services (each governed by Apple's Privacy Policy):

  • iCloud / CloudKit — data sync (optional)
  • StoreKit — processing Pro in-app purchase
  • UserNotifications — local reminder notifications
  • HealthKit — health data read access (optional)

5. Data Security

All local data is stored in a SwiftData database protected by the iOS app sandbox. iCloud-synced data is encrypted by Apple in transit and at rest. We have no access to data on your device and operate no backend server that stores user data.

6. Your Rights

  • Export: You can export all data at any time via Settings → Export CSV. Your data belongs to you;
  • Delete: Deleting the app removes all local data from your device. If iCloud sync was enabled, also delete the app data from iCloud Settings;
  • Correct: You can edit or delete any record inside the app at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post a notice in the app and update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
