1. 关于本条款

本《服务条款》(以下简称"本条款") 是你(以下简称"用户") 与寸金 App 开发者 xunwang (以下简称"我们") 之间关于寸金 iOS App 使用的协议。

你在下载 · 安装 · 使用寸金 App 前请仔细阅读本条款。如果你不同意本条款 · 请不要使用本 App。

2. 服务内容

寸金 App 是一款帮助你把工资换算成时间的 iOS 应用。功能包括:

• 工资 · 支出 · 房贷 · 车贷等结构性财务数据录入
• 每秒跳动的收入可视化
• 月度账单 · 里程碑成就 · 专注模式
• 时间折算器 · 分享卡
• Widget · Live Activity · 锁屏显示

3. 应用内购买 (In-App Purchase)

App 提供一次性买断的 "寸金 PRO" · 价格 ¥6 (中国区) / $2.99 (其他区) · 通过 Apple 官方 StoreKit 支付。

购买后你获得

• 5 个专属主题皮肤 (Golden Reserve · Ocean · Neon Tokyo · Paper · Terminal)
• 6 个 App 图标 (可切换主屏图标)
• 专注模式 25 分钟 · 无限时长
• 分享卡去水印
• Journey 无限月度账单历史

退款

因为购买通过 Apple 完成 · 退款也由 Apple 处理。请前往 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请。我们无权直接退款给你。

恢复购买

如果你换机 · 重装 · 或误删了 App · 在 我的 → 设置 → 恢复购买 里点击即可恢复。前提是新设备使用同一个 Apple ID。

不订阅

寸金 PRO 是一次买断 · 不是订阅。购买一次后永久使用 · 不会自动续费。

4. 你的责任

• 你自己输入的财务数据的准确性由你负责 · App 不对数据准确性作任何保证
• 不要在越狱设备或非官方渠道安装本 App · 可能带来数据风险
• 不要试图逆向工程 · 反编译 · 或修改本 App

5. 数据丢失

因为数据只存在你的设备本地 (见隐私政策) · 如果你:

• 卸载 App
• 更换手机没做 iOS 备份
• 手机丢失 · 损坏

你的数据会永久丢失 · 我们无法帮你恢复。建议定期通过 iOS 备份 (iCloud Backup) 保护你的数据。

6. 免责声明

寸金是一款可视化工具 · 不构成任何投资 · 理财 · 税务建议。App 显示的 "自由值" · "月度净入" 等指标是基于你自己输入的数据的机械计算 · 请勿作为财务决策的唯一依据。

7. 知识产权

寸金 App 的所有代码 · 视觉设计 · 文案 · 图标 · 名称 (含中文 "寸金" 和英文 "TickWorth") 均归开发者 xunwang 所有。

8. 条款变更

本条款可能更新 · 更新时会在 App 内和本页面顶部反映。继续使用视为接受更新后的条款。

Terms of Use

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are the agreement between you ("User") and the developer of TickWorth xunwang ("we"). Please read carefully before downloading, installing, or using TickWorth. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Service

TickWorth is an iOS app that translates your salary into time. Features include:

• Structural financial data entry (salary, expenses, mortgages, car loans)
• Per-second income visualization
• Monthly reports, milestone achievements, focus mode
• Time converter, share cards
• Widgets, Live Activity, Lock Screen displays

3. In-App Purchases

The app offers a one-time "TickWorth PRO" purchase at $2.99 USD (or equivalent), processed through Apple's official StoreKit.

What you get

• 5 exclusive themes (Golden Reserve, Ocean, Neon Tokyo, Paper, Terminal)
• 6 App Icons (switch your home screen icon)
• Focus mode 25min + unlimited duration
• Watermark-free share cards
• Unlimited Journey monthly history

Refunds

Since purchases go through Apple, refunds are also handled by Apple. Please request at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process direct refunds.

Restore purchases

If you switch phones, reinstall, or accidentally delete the app, go to Me → Settings → Restore Purchase in the app. Requires the same Apple ID on the new device.

Not a subscription

TickWorth PRO is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Buy once, use forever. No auto-renewal.

4. Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter
• Don't install the app on jailbroken devices or via unofficial channels — data risk
• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or modification of the app

5. Data loss

Because data lives only on your device (see Privacy Policy), if you:

• Uninstall the app
• Change phones without iOS backup
• Lose or break your phone

Your data is permanently lost and we cannot recover it. We recommend regular iOS Backup (iCloud Backup).

6. Disclaimer

TickWorth is a visualization tool. It does not constitute investment, financial, or tax advice. Indicators like "Freedom Value", "Monthly Net Inflow" are mechanical calculations based on your input data — do not use as sole basis for financial decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All code, visual design, copy, icons, and names (both 寸金 and TickWorth) of the app belong to the developer xunwang.

8. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated, reflected in the app and this page's "Effective" date. Continued use means acceptance.
